Before you report your calling problem to Telcard4U.com , be sure you have the following information: 

  1. Name of the calling card you purchased. 
  2. Date and time you made the phone call. 
  3. Your account number (control number/serial number or pin number) 
  4. Origination and Destination phone number 
  5. Units in your account before and after you made the phone call.
